These Terms govern your use of https://zynvonex.com and, where applicable, your engagement of Zynvonex for software development, customization and related services. Individual projects are governed primarily by their written quotes and agreements; these Terms fill the gaps.

Services

We provide software development services (mobile, web, custom software), sell ready-made application source code, and offer customization, reskin and publishing services for such products. Scope, price and timeline for any engagement are as stated in the written quote you approve.

Marketplace Products

Products purchased through a third-party marketplace are licensed under that marketplace's licence, not these Terms. Support and update commitments for marketplace items follow the item's description and that marketplace's support policy.

Client Responsibilities

  • You confirm you hold a valid licence for any third-party source code you ask us to customize.
  • Developer accounts, ad accounts and API keys are created under your ownership; you are responsible for their fees and compliance with the relevant platform policies.
  • You provide timely feedback and materials (branding, content, credentials) needed to deliver the project.

Intellectual Property

On full payment, custom work product developed specifically for you is assigned to you, excluding our pre-existing tools, libraries and any third-party or marketplace components, which remain under their own licences.

Warranties & Liability

We warrant that services are performed with professional skill and care. Except as required by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions of third-party platforms (e.g. app store rejections outside our control, ad account actions).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always at https://zynvonex.com/terms.
